Peer Mentoring

Learn and Grow with Peers

At Umpqua Valley disAbilities Network (UVdN), our Peer Mentoring program is led by staff who are also peers, offering guidance from a place of lived experience. Having navigated the same challenges themselves, they provide one-on-one and group mentoring to help participants identify barriers, find practical solutions, and access support networks for disabilities. Past clients have shared that this unique, relatable support is the most valuable service UVdN offers.
