Independent Living Skills

We assist individuals transitioning from group homes or care facilities to living independently. Our support includes life skills coaching, independent living plans, and finding Personal Assistant Services (PAS) and accessible housing.

Individual & Systems Advocacy

We help you stand up for your rights with one-on-one support and training for self-advocacy. Our team also works to ensure laws and services protect the rights of the disability community.

Peer Mentoring
